    I received a charge for $99 via my credit card for a service I was not even at on 12/15/2023. I called the studio on 12/16/23 and spoke to ***** and she was confused about the charge as well. She stated a manager would call me back at 1pm that day to reverse the charges. Note: They also had the wrong number *********** phone as well but ***** said she made the corrections. I never received a call so I called back on 12/18/2023 and left a message. Today is 12/18 and I still have not heard from them. I left a message with an employee. I feel like I will not get help. Note: I do not have a plan with them with their program. This should not have charged my card.

    Client had an appointment scheduled and did put her card on file to hold appointment. She no call/no showed her appointment which is 100% of the service.  She was aware of this and we do have recorded call where she agreed to this.  We have refunded her and are going to assume she forgot about the cancellation policy.
