      **** at RestoPros ***********, ** did a great job when my water pipe burst in my downstairs' living area. He responded quickly and cleaned and cleared the area. He followed up with me and made sure everything was done and I was satisfied with the service. The service was good.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do your work will not be completed. I had water damage and called this company to fix my problem. ***** is when they came out to complete Migitation and that was fine. Here it is almost July and they still haven't completed the repairs. I called the company and they told me it was my responsibility to get the insurance to pay so forward the invoice and they told the insurance company they would not complete the repairs for that low amount of money. Then he told the insurance company he gave me other contractors phone numbers to complete the job which was a LIE. I will NEVER recommend this company to NO ONE. THEY TALK A GOOD GAME but they are not worth the hassle. I give them a 0

      Awful company, do not ever use. I had a water leak that they came and dried. Ended up being a quick job and less damage than expected. Got my bill and it was $3000. They had yet to do the repair so I said I only wanted to pay mitigation and they said mitigation was $3000.The bill was not itemized so I requested they itemize it and resend. When I got it, it was clear they were bullshitting numbers because most would go through my insurance agency. They billed me for 12 hrs at $75/hr for set up/take down which was literally 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier. I then asked the mitigation manager ********************* how he was able to justify 12 hours for plugging and unplugging those fans, and when i was present the entire time RestoPros was at my house and no one had been there for more than 1-2 hours.I have attached a picture of his awful response. (See ****** review for attachments) Never says sorry. Never offers any explanation or how he could make this better. Then tells me I have less then 24 hours to pay it or he will send me to collections. I have also attached pictures of my invoice showing how he dropped hours from 12 to 7, yet doesn't acknowledge this.Horrible company. Horrible manager in *********************. Do not use RestoPros of ********* for any restoration needs.

      I just got a call from someone at this company offering me $50 to take down my bad review on how the "job manager" handled my complaint about his crew messing up with my garage door device and not fixing it for ten days. Not for a million dollars.
