      I signed up for a shower remodel on Oct 31, 2023 .and put $4500.00 down. Nov 3, 2023 due to unforeseen financial problems I had to cancel the order. First I was told I would get a check for the $4500 the following week. Then I was told **** days. I called Wed Nov 22 and was told ***** would call me back. No call. The next day was Thanksgiving. I called today, Friday Nov 24 and asked for *****. The answer I got was she will call me back today. Its been three weeks now and I want my money. I gave it to them in good faith and I shouldnt have to chase it down. I have no idea what kind of work they do because it never got that far. I would not recommend this company.

      I have been really impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this company. From the person who knocked on my door to the owner of Metrolina Home Remodeling. Me and my family have felt listened to and accommodated and I am extremely satisfied with this family- owned business. It's hard to find outstanding service anywhere anymore and it's nice to know that companies are still out there that do value their customers. They were even sweet to all my fur-babies.
