    Out of all the Mcdonald's in Charlotte this one has to be the worst. This is the 3rd time there has been an issue with this Mcdonalds.. The first time was around 4am I left work on break and headed straight to Mcdonalds on freedom dr in Charlotte nc. I got there and its a line of cars but on my way into the park n lot there was only 1 car at the window. Now I sat in the line for a good 25mins watching cars in front of me and behind me pull off. Now if I remember correctly Mcdonald's is supposed to be fast food. I use to manage a few Mcdonalds and taking 1 order at a time and while other cars wait would not have been except-able. Mind you i was on a 30min break so I was late getting back.. 2 nights later I pull up to the order taker and the order taker on the other side was empty. I was told to hold on. A car pulls up behind me then pulls around me then heads to the check out window. Im still waiting to have my order taken. Another car pulls up to the order taker next to me and they starts taking their order but nobody as said anything to me considering I was there before that car. Ok im frustrated now because I have been at this order taker way longer than I should have. I pulls around to the window and explains to the young lady that they had me on hold but nobody came back but another car in the other order taker pulls up then they start taking their order while im sitting there listening. The part that really pissed me off is the fact I been waiting all that time even after car behind me gave them their order I was told I would have to go get back in line, wait for them to take my order. I got written up for being late back from lunch a second time.. I just road past last friday I think and they was doing the same ole 1 order at the window again so I had to leave. From the amount of cars I seen leaving when i did wait, That Mcdonalds is missing out on money. They need to get it together.
