    On 2.16.24 spoke with ******* regarding distribution of ice cream to our small business Want Some Cake, LLC. We paid for approx. 16, 3 gallon tubs of ice-cream. 14 tubs were sent via delivery truck, upon inspection of the product we were only able to accept 6. The ice-cream received were dated up to 2 years or more, they were we receding from the sides and top and many of the tubs were old or damaged. We spoke to the representatives of Dixie Bell and the distribution center, who sent replacement ice-cream which were also old, and we sent back immediately with the delivery driver. Dixie Belle and the distribution center guaranteed and confirmed via text and phone call that we will receive a refund of our money for the old ice-cream that we still have on numerous occasion the latest being 4/22/24. We still have not received our refund and now the company has stopped responding to our calls or texts. Refund of $330.10 still pending. Representative reached out to us on 5/7/2024 asking if we would take credit card as a form of payment for the refund. I responded and sent a pay link for my business and no response for payment. At this point I believe they are stringing us along.Thank you,******** and ***********************
