    I came home on Wednesday to a garage door that was crooked with one side down and the other side up about 15 inches. I called my son who referred me to Smitty. My son actually called Smitty and within a few minutes Smitty called me to see what was going on. That afternoon Smitty texted me that he was heading my way and sent me an ETA.When Smitty arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only explained what happened with my garage door but actually pointed out and showed me how it had failed. You could tell he has been doing this for many years!! Smitty then took the time to explain and give me several repair options. With my garage door being 35+ years old, I decided to go with a completely new garage door and set up. Smitty helped me decide on a door that would fit the style of my house. He also quoted me a great price (based on a ****** search). Smitty and his team came the next day and replaced my garage door and hardwire with the brand-new garage door. The team was very efficient and thorough, including the clean up!! Smittys technician, *******, went above and beyond service. I had a ceiling board that had fallen in my office, ****** used his nail gun and re-nailed the board for me!! If you have garage door problems, I highly recommend Smitty and his team!!!!! They are absolutely fabulous and they give free estimates!!!

    This is the second time I've used SoLow for my garage door ************* been very pleased both times. Smitty is quick to respond, explains everything that needs to be done, & gets the job done in a timely manner. He doesn't try to ****** you like other companies have. I highly recommend Smitty's SoLow for all your garage needs.

    Smitty's SoLow Garage Door Service is top notch. They responded to my home within 1 1/2 hours from my call to them, extremely expedient. They were friendly, curteous and extremely knowledgable taking the time to explain fully my garage door problems. The work was expertly done for a fair price. Highly recommended.

    On a holiday weekend Smitty and crew showed up and knocked out two complete garage door openers with new springs and ************ price, fast service and total pros.Cleaned up, communicated all thru the job and they work great.Needed a tuneup on one door 3-weeks later and Smitty and his master tech *** showed up on the spot and spent considerable time adjusting and oiling and got the door just right. While they were there they did the same to the door that didnt have an issue.Highly, highly recommend.
