  **** and ***** managed a complete window replacement project for our new home. Neighbors who had used them gave us high recommendations and they did not disappoint! Their crew was tidy and punctual and they all kept their word and minimized the stress. They successfully managed to make us feel like every project and customer of theirs is important, no matter the scale and size. They provided great guidance and insight and really met our expectations and surpassed them. I would highly recommend using them. They give great attention to detail and maintain a level of excellence which was deeply appreciated. They are true professionals!

  I have worked with ***** and **** on multiple projects but one of my favorites has been the transformation of my old, leaky porch and rundown patio into a fabulous outdoor living space. It is wonderful to enjoy the mornings outside with my coffee! Plus, the firepit has been great for evenings with friends. From the tile floor to the gorgeous ceiling, the top-notch quality of work that went into this project continues to hold up over time. One of my favorite features is the floor to ceiling screens that keep the bugs away without impeding the view of our backyard.***** and **** recommended adding a slight slope to the porch roofline to prevent another leaky situation. Another great design concept was the open-air patio adjacent to the porch for grilling and dining with the family.I cannot say enough great things about ***** and **** and their abilities to execute complex renovations with high quality and beautiful results!

  We were honored to help you make all the improvements to your historic home in the *************** neighborhood in *********! We're thankful you are getting so much enjoyment out of your outdoor living space. You never know what you're going to get when you open up the walls of a home built in the 1930s but thanks to our structural engineer and experienced General Contractor, we were able to build the new porch without putting additional pressure on the existing structure. Thank you for trusting us with our outdoor living space as well as the renovation of your bathrooms. Each of those projects ended up winning awards from the ******************** of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) which is always an honor!

  I highly recommend Distictive Design +Rebuild ***** and **** were professional and totally delivered on their promise to do what we wanted and get it done to our satisfaction. We had our home resided, new windows installed, our master bathroom gutted and remodeled, our deck reconfigured and a screened in porch with a fireplace. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. The communication was great and we were always informed about what was happening and when. We were VERY pleased with the results!

  It was a pleasure working with you to make all the improvements to your Charlotte ***** From replacing the old Masonite siding with ***** ****** fiber-cement lap siding to swapping out the builder-grade vinyl windows with new composite windows with wood interior trim - all these choices will mean less maintenance and more value for your home. Not to mention the stunning transformation of your primary bathroom and the swoon-worthy screened porch with Eze-Breeze windows and the expanded deck with Trex composite decking and composite railings.   **** and ***** with the entire Distinctive Design team were wonderful to work with . We went from shabby ugly early ****s to gorgeous breathtaking beauty of a truly grown up home. The process was aided by the expertise and skill both with designing our new kitchen and bath . **** and ***** were always available and we were updated at every step. And the project was completed ahead of schedule .The quality of materials and craftsmanship of all subcontractors was outstanding! We recommend highly Distinctive Design !
