    Honestly, I had the best experience when purchasing a golf cart. The staff is fantastic and thorough. The prices are hard to beat and competitive. Would recommend to anyone!!

    Botero Carts ************** branch was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. ************************* helped me with the purchase and ***** helped me get additional requested items. Both seemed to have my best interest in mind during this process. I was told delivery can take up to three week to ship from ** to **. I had cart in 7 days. I checked out other Botero locations but did not get responses. In addition Botero NC had the best prices as compared to other places on the web. I purchased the 2024 black EVO Forester 4 plus. I am at a camp site and have received so many compliments on my cart.

    Cart is great but dealers not trustworthy. Said cart was street legal and ready to go. We paid 600$ to have it shipped to us and then to find out it doesn't have a vin number..Back and forth with them and they have done nothing. *****-fl dealership

    Service in ******* shop is not good. On several occasions I have reach out for warranty work ( cart is only 6 months old) no calls back and when they do do the work it fails again. Just not happy at all with customer service.

    I was told that a golf cart in particular would be at the Mecum Auction in ************ so I made plans to meet ***** from NC store there to buy it. I get there and he says "which one was it?" oh we just sold it! (I've been messaging back and forth with this guy non stop since the night before he's never said it was sold) of course he wants to sell me something else which is a classic "bait and switch". I decided to give money down and order a cart that was promised to be delivered within ******************************************************************************* paying a extra 2k for a nicer cart two days later through texts. (all texts saved as proof of conversation) I again would try to reach him for updates because he never called me as he said he would periodically to keep me updated and now they're saying to call Tenn store because he's not a sales person and was just helping out that weekend ??. I called **** in Tenn who's overseeing things their no answer or call back(common with both stores) once I talked to her she said she'd call me back the next day with a update but she never did... so 10days later(cart should've been delivered or on the way at least) of staff saying they are going to have her call me back and of course she never did I started not getting anybody answering the phone(I called 4x in 10min yesterday and **** answered and said that the wheels that were agreed on(proof was sent to her of conversation with ********) wasn't going to be honored and the now missing salesman ***** is saying to her he doesn't recall the agreement. All she could say a week past the delivery deadline is that there's nothing she can do. WOW! **************** is some of the worst that I've seen from a company. The lies, the lateness, and irresponsible people that I incountered should be addressed. I've taken a credit inquiry hit, 1k deposit(refunded), and lost 5 weeks AFTER the original "bait and switch" just for trying to buy a golf cart ??

    ************ has very poor service. I need some warranty work done on my Evolution golf cart. The company I bought it from went out of business. Since I have to use the company dealer to get the work done I called them and was "put on a list". A few weeks later I called and was told I was 48th on the list. I called a few weeks later and was told I am still 48th on the list. Now they are not returning my texts or calls. I will never buy another evolution, I will never deal with this office. I will make my feelings known on my socials and to anyone that asks.

We do not receive compensation for parts and/or labor when servicing another dealer's customer. We try to help when we can, but we must prioritize the customers that purchased from us because the manufacturer is paying us to do so. Can you please provide the name of your original dealer and the serial number for your cart so we can get in touch with the manufacturer? There are multiple dealers in your area we can potentially work with to help expedite the process.
