    I placed an order with Rain or Shine Golf on December 30, 2023 for a full simulator setup including a 9x12 SwingBay enclosure, FlightScope Mevo+, projector, upgraded hitting mat, and upgraded ******* the time of purchase, I was told the enclosure was backordered 34 weeks. Over the following three months, I received repeated 2 more weeks estimates, which were vague and continually recycled. Rain or Shine Golf failed to communicate accurate timelines or offer transparency throughout this period.Eventually, I had a third party call the company under a different name and was told the product was in stock and available to try out. After confronting management about the contradiction, my enclosure shipped the very next day confirming that I had been misled.Further, one of their employees admitted to me that staff were instructed to give vague answers to customers, even when they had no clear product availability.I sent a professional email to the companys owner requesting compensation for the prolonged delay and repeated deception. I received no response.I am requesting $1,500 in compensation, in addition to a $100 gift card previously issued, to resolve this matter.

    Unfortunately, Mr ***** was dramatically impacted by a supplier issue that we had due to the devastation of Hurricane ****** last fall. We lost our manufacturing facility out in ********* that was in business for over 150 years, and did the best we possibly could to get Mr ***** taken care of as best as we could. We made the decision recently to ************** our cost on the product in order to resolve, and he has now received his product. I understand his frustration regarding the delays, but we have done everything we can to resolve this matter and settle with him. As of right now, he has received over $2,000 in discounts and refunds related to his order, which satisfies the $1,500 request that he made. See the attached for the order records.

    They responded to me and gave me a $1,000 refund. I appreciate it, but I asked for $1,500.
