    I hired Mr. ********************** to complete a paint job for me. They charged $230/hr (almost double the competitive rate in my area) and left 8 different spots with issues.This is the second time Mr. ********************** has done an awful job. I am asking for a partial refund ($200) in order to have someone else complete the project.

    We spoke with this customer, Mr. **** over the weekend and again today to discuss concerns in detail and gather additional feedback. We agreed that we were not able to provide the quality service we strive to provide to every customer, every job. We agreed to provide the partial refund to Mr. **** The partial refund was issued back to the card on file used to pay for the service. This was executed this afternoon. The customer was advised to watch for his refund as timing varies depending on banking institutions. We appreciated the feedback in order to better serve our customers moving forward.
