    Flagship ****************** is the parent company to Envision Dental Implant Centers. As the name 'dental implant centers' implies; it is where you can go to get dental implants.Envision Dental Implant Centers is also where you can go to get major oral work done. My specific example includes oral surgery to remove close to a dozen teeth, insert dental implants and a temporary dental prosthetic and then a permanent dental prosthetic once healed from the surgery.The total cost for this - before insurance - is $65K.Included in that total is a $4K charge for 3D x-rays, pictures and digital scanning of the mouth and if you pay for this with cash or use your FSA/HSA you'll get a 5% discount on the balance.So far so good, right?Here's the kicker - It is Flagship ****************** POLICY to have the remaining balance paid IN FULL at least 2 days PRIOR to the surgical procedure.Unless you're a contractor working on a long-term project where you need a certain percentage paid 'up front' in order to secure the contract, who in their right mind pays for a service BEFORE that service has been rendered?Being asked to do so, screams SCAM so be aware.
