    I had some work done to my property in **********, SC and the technician was fantastic. I have emailed, texted, and called between Alpha and American Home Shield to get a simple invoice. The technician did not leave one and said after the write up was done and one would be sent to my email. That was 3 weeks ago and now that document stands in the middle of my home closing for sale on Monday, UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Worst customer service by both parties I have ever experienced.

    Alpha has been to our home 5 times in the last two months to "repair" our a/c units. It is now broken again for the 6th time because they are either haphazardly fixing them or their technicians do not know what they are doing. It is way too hot to deal with their incompetence. DO NOT RECOMMEND
