      Parks was hired to install a water heater. *The supervisor told me he would either stop by the site that day or the next *The hot water heater install was NOT going well and at 5pm I contacted him stating I didn't have water AND no hot water No reply.* By 8pm I had water and shortly thereafter some hot water * Sadly, the crew DIDNOT finish the job, there is NO installation around the pipes *Also the hot water heater is imbalanced and appears to be falling off the platform Parks was contacted that night, the next day and several times since and has NOT returned my calls, emails nor sent someone to finish the job. Since I was alone in my home with two men standing over me saying I needed to pay I wrote a.check that night despite the work being undone and improperly installed it is not acceptable how this was handled. And it not acceptable that no one corrected the problems. Give me my money back and or fix these issues

      The job was installed on 1/31/23 and by 2/1/23 we have fixed her issues and water heater is operating correctly.  The previous water heater she had was not up to code and we showed her this upon our estimate and explained the ** Plumbing Code does not allow insulation on the top of the water heater and is hazardous if we do so because of the natural gas vent.  Also the water heater is on a brick stand and is 100% correct.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The water heater is falling off the brick  platform.

      The new water heater is LARGER in size than the former one.. the brick platform does not fit it.

      ***** from Parks said it's correct but he did not come out to see it. No supervisor from Parks saw the completed work. They sent two young inexperienced men to do the job then no followup was conducted.

      As for the insulation, there is no hot water in the kitchen or bathrooms unless it runs for a while, so I presumed it was due to lack of insulation.tho without a superior at parks I don't know the reason.

      The two men could NOT get hot water into my home at all that day and night and worked until 8pm trying. I contacted Parks while the men were on the job and got no response.

      Without a supervisor coming out to see for themselves the issues, it is inappropriate for them to say it was 100 correct.

      Do not close this case simply saying I wasn't satisfied as Parks did not send a supervisor when the men couldn't get hot water into my home and still did not send one when I said the heater is also falling off as no one measured nor cared.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You have asked me to reject or accept.

          When they have their plumbing manager reach out to me, I will make an action.

          It is weeks, nearly months, so if they are NOW going to have their manager reach out to me, great.

           HOWEVER I  refuse to accept the offer--to make the complaint go away, or appear satisfied, until I see that come to fruition, as that was an easy task that should have been completed weeks ago.

      I bought a new ac unit from this company. It was an outdoor unit. The unit is not designed to keep bug from the inner circuits. I have had no ac twice in the hot year so far and the problem is bugs getting in the unit. Their warranty just happens to not cover bugs in system. I have no evidence that bug have done the damage. I have had to occasions with the same unit but my other unit that is older has had no issue. They refuse to call me back and fix the unit and want to charge me more on top of the $10K I have already paid for the unit.

      To Whom this May ****************** manufacturer is very clear on what is covered and not covered under a warranty part.  It states in the documents provided the following, the basic limited warranty does not cover damage or defect resulting, in whole or in part, from: a) any act of God, including, but not limited to, fire, floods, wind, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, or earthquakes: b) mold, animals, insects, or bodily fluids. 

      We train our team to explain this to customers and can be common for bugs to climb on HVAC components.  We understand things happen and decided to fix the defected part due to the bug and did not charge the customer.  System is working properly and customer is satisfied.
