  The Eastwood team is amazing! From day one you are treated like family! All my concerns and needs were addressed timely. The whole process was smooth from finding the right home, lending, closing and follow-up care just to make sure I was satisfied with my home. I looked at three different homes before choosing mine and I loved all of them. The only issue I had was choosing between them because they all were beautiful! I would absolutely use Eastwood again and recommend them to my family and friends!

  The builder is great, from the sales staff to the contractor to the designer. They were all accommodating, knowledgeable, personable and communicative. I have had a great experience with Eastwood Homes and would highly recommend working with them. The workmanship is stellar, and the layout is modern and spacious. The finish choices were beautiful (and hard to choose from in some cases). During the build, and after, any issues that arose, like incorrect flooring, were handled promptly and graciously. ********* ******* and ****** were AWESOME to work with and I would do it again if I weren't planning to stay in this wonderful house forever. :) Thanks Eastwood for my new home.

  The design of our house is spacious, well laid out, lots of storage, large closets, quality cabinets and high-end appliances. The community, **********, located in ********, ************** is in a beautiful area. It is a gorgeous rural area yet six minutes from downtown ********, near Route 40 and 421 and 30 minutes to PTI/***********. This is a very tranquil community with only 34 residences when fully completed. We love our new neighborhood and our new home. The sales staff is knowledgeable and professional yet truly warm, sincere and welcoming. Their door is always open and they DO return every phone call/email **** and seek out answers to any questions you might ask. Once answered, they then help you proceed in solving the issue and will work with you until you are comfortable and feel confident and secure with the solution. The on-site construction supervisors are outstanding! They have a large workload as this site is just beginning phase two construction, but they take the time to check if there are any problems with current residents. They keep us updated on the minor issues that they are working to resolve that are part of any new construction. They go out of their way to meet and talk to residents if they are on property, even when busy with other tasks.This Eastwood Team at ********** works well together. They take the time to be interactive with residents; surely make you feel at home here. Great house, great staff, great community.

  I simply couldn't be happier. Now, it's not to say there weren't pitfalls and issues that arose, because nothing is perfect (and believe me, issues arose), but Eastwood handled everything masterfully and resolved issues beyond my expectations.I am now a proud homeowner of a beautiful house that feels like an extension of myself. The floor plan, though new, was modern, open, and felt like it catered to my exact needs. A perfect plan? Nope. The laundry room was just big enough. But counter that with: Gorgeous kitchen, massive walk-in pantry, huge bedrooms, Office/Master on 1st floor, large loft for regulation-sized pool table, open floor plan, quality finishes and more, and you can easily see that the good FAR outweighs the bad.Eastwood treated me like family, not a number. **************** and *************** were wonderful, professional stewards who helped me through the milestone of owning a home. I simply cannot sing their praises any higher; I consider both like family to me.I've been SO happy with my home; it's a wonderful blessing, and I felt like God put not only this company, but these particular two employees in my sightlines to help see from from start to finish. I can't predict the future, but I hope that this house becomes my forever home. Appreciate you, Eastwood!
