    Stay away as far as you can from this guy and his business. Contracted him to do a renovation for our business and he never completed the job. Damaged our property and never completed anything on the project. By the 6 months time he said it would take to finish the project, only about 25% of the work was done. Always had an excuse as to why the work was not done. Did not respond to emails and texts for updates. He did not like when you questioned him for updates. Mismanaged funds given to him for the project and has no idea where funds went or how it was used yet he still wanted us to give him the next fund draw. Left vendors unpaid that is now going after us to pay them. We had already paid him more than what work was done and when we requested records of where all the funds went before we released more money to him, he said we were on a "witch ****" against him. We tried to work with him to come up with a solution to finish the project but he was very unwilling to work it out. He walked off the project. We have had to hire new people to fix his mistakes he made on the project now. If I could rate this person and his business with a "0", I would. Such a nightmare dealing with him. Stay away from him if you do not want to loose money and want the job done right.
