If I could give this business a MINUS ZERO stars I would!! The business owner, is very rude and condescending when she talks to me. She talks over me, talks down to me and doesn't like for me to ask questions, which I told her I have a right to do. The owner and staff lack professionalism, customer service skills and the empathy it takes to provide caring service to sick people like my husband. The VA is paying them to take care of my husband, but the staff is not showing up or the owner tells them to go home (because she gets upset with me) and I end up doing the work. How am I doing the work and YOU are getting paid?? Make it make sense!! I do not recommend anyone use this service.

We are a non-medical home care provider that does not crush medication or administer tube feedings to clients. As much as we have told Mrs. ****** that the caregiver must follow the care plan, she gets upset and always wants them to perform tasks outside the scope of her husband's care plan. For instance, she often insists that the caregiver should crush the medication or tube feed the client, which he does by himself. We have contacted the nurse from the ** and have sent our nurse to their home multiple times to update the care plan or help her understand his care, with no success. But she, for some reason, wants the caregiver to do it anyway. Regarding the caregiver not showing up, we can confirm that this is a false statement; she has called our caregivers to work for Mr. ****** after they left the company, which is a breach of our non-compete policy. Mr. ****** has always had a caregiver, and sometimes he had two to three caregivers. I believe this review should be reconsidered, as it does not accurately reflect the situation. We have a record of supervisory visits and nurse's notes that document our numerous conversations with Mrs. ******. Unfortunately, these discussions often end in arguments and verbal abuse directed at our nurses. Our client, Mr. ******, is very satisfied with our service. It is his wife who feels we should be doing more. **** ****** review is a false statement from start to finish. It is sad that people post false statements instead of calling the person to discuss the issue.
