    I have a double wide in *********** ** that I called this company to come out to see if there was any plumbing issues. RC came out and then **** came out. They recommended Restopro which they probably got a kickback from. Heres their information ********************* Lead ********************** Manager ************** *********************** Restopro came out and took all the installation out from under the house and started their fans and dehumidifiers. Restopro sent 5 different people out and then charged me over $25,000. Ease Plumbing came out and redid my water pipes and RC one of the guys recommended changing out the water heater and fixtures. He also cut a hole in the tub in the master bathroom. Leaving the hole wide opened and didnt covered it up cause rats and mice to enter the house since the installation was removed by Restopro. Ease plumbing charged me ridiculous prices that I did not authorize this and its a double wide. Come to find out they did not do the water lines in the laundry room. Which I had already paid for. My contractor found the mess when he moved the washer and called me. I called Ease plumbing and a woman ***** ************ and had someone come back out on 8/3 or 8/4. They came back on Monday 8/7 to finish the job they charged me for in July. They said that they were told not to do the laundry room by the supervisor. Also there was no new laundry box. I guess they were going to cause another water issue so they could be called out again. I have to replace all subfloors and flooring in my whole house thats why I had the pipes replaced. My contractor is going to check the water line underneath the house to see if they missed anything else. The faucets they put in are actually $79.00 each from Lowes. I want a refund or take them out. They have not been used. Water has been cut off. Attached is the bill and charges. Also my kitchen sink faucet was white not stainless steel. They also popped the hole in the sink on the right.

    The customer was given all prices before work was started. customer is upset because her handyman who was replacing the floors in the home told her he could buy a faucet for $75.00 from lowes. We do not provide bix box store items and provide quality products with a warranty. customer was very happy with the work done until this happened almost a month after we finished the work. The laundry line was missed and we did go back and correct it before this complaint was made.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was NOT told about the costs or the faucets being used.  They are liars.  The guys that did the new plumbing were told not to do the laundry room. The kitchen faucet is stainless steel and what I have was white to match my black and white kitchen.
