    These guys are the best. I needed to sell in order to even seriously look for another house. Not only was their offer more than good, they even gave me honest options I could do besides selling to them. Plus i was anle to rent the house i sold them for 2 mionths as I was closing on a new house. If you are looking to sell for cash, use them, you will not regret it. You can trust these guys. Selling can be a scary thing, but they made it extremely easy.
