      DETAILS I moved into the ****** at ********* apartments December of 2023. I paid a $400 security deposit to move in. I paid an additional $500 for my dog to live there. $250 deposit and another $250. I moved out of the property January 2025.I forwarded the email of my new address to ***** Reader (APM) on 2/27/25. For any deposits and or itemized deduction regarding the unit. I email again on 3/28/25 checking the status . Reader ask for my address I resend it. She replied 4/17. She sent an email to confirm there will be a refund. Even after Ive contacted Inlivian/ Blue Horizon Management (**************. The accountant was sent an email regarding the deposit. Today, June 15 no update

      Just a recap, Amara and I were fully approved for a unit in ******* and waiting for a unit to become available. We received a call on Friday (11/13/24) afternoon at 4:28p that a unit was available if we were still interested (even though we emailed on the 11th expressing we were). Called back at 4:35p and got no answer. That same evening at 6:30p Amara sent a follow up email confirming interest and had some follow up questions, to which we received a response first thing Monday morning (since youre closed on the weekend). Monday morning I came to the office, toured the unit and accepted it, only to be told the unit was given to another prospect because they had brought in all their monies- although I later found out they did not have a fully approved application since they had just applied Friday when they brought money orders While I appreciate the compassion and understanding your team is trying to compromise to provide both families a home, our application has been completed and approved for weeks now with application and administration fees paid in full. Deposit and prorate, of course, werent paid at the time of application because no unit was available. I believe the fair choice is to allow us to move forward with the unit.

      In 2021, I ported in from ************ with my section 8. Inlivian waited almost 2 weeks before the voucher expired to call me for a briefing stating they where in back log. I explained to the worker once we completed the briefing I was not sure of their process time frame but this was a very disheartening situation, because I had accepted the job offer only with the thought that my porting process would've been complete..she stated I had about 2 weeks to find a place before my voucher had expired .. I explained that sounded crazy when they took almost 4months to call me for a telephone interview. Long story short my voucher expired and I had to stay in a hotel until I could fine a stable living situation without my voucher. The voucher I had since I I left the ****** care system. With no extra help or even a extention offered by them.

      I have ported my Voucher from ** to ** back in November of last year 2022. I was told they were working on back logs from August 2022. Every month I sent a email for an update. And the response was the same until today. I was told I would receive a response from the agency within the specified business days. I sent an email this morning and received a response stating they are working on January port ins. I am not sure if I was skipped or not but I never received an email nor phone call from the agency. I dont even know if my voucher expired within my waiting period. But I am not able to get any answers directly from the agency.

      Hampton Creste Apartments i have been a resident of hampton creste since Feb.18.2018 Unit :912A Resident Code : t0106612 Date Of Transaction :2/1/2022 5/13/2022 Balance Due : $****.00 by November 1 ************************************************************************************************** i moved out 8/13/2022 moved to first **** 8/13/2022 rent is 0$ now im made to pay for $****.00 windows for hampton creste by november 1 ******* also charged with 3 months of rent for first **** due to me not paying **** from hampton creste property .Hampton Creste Provided Me WIth A Grievance Letter That Got Deinied . i went out to do different churchs to get donations still waitin on responses an i also went to crisis to get help with rent for current property due to my balance for hampton creste not paid . NO INCOME im currently unemployed due to working around my kids schedule while they are in school (chilldcare) . i had a great job opporttunity but it was to work weekends an i dont have help or support on weekends my childcare only applys on week days . i am currently seeking for employment .
