My fianc was ripped off by buying an engagement ring that was way over priced and found out the ring is only worth $3,000. No jeweler should ever make you sign a contract and all we wanted was our money back on the ring and they wont give it back to us. They are completely rude and only want you to buy an expensive jewelry so they can receive commission. We want our money back

This store has a habit of racial profiling black individuals who come in looking to patronize their business.

I originally went here to get an engagement ring for my fianc. I put a deposit down for a *** model, and they sent me a *** that had extremely oversized prongs. I said I wasnt comfortable buying the ring when the *** provided had a disproportionate shape of the prongs. They assured me it wouldnt come out that way, but I didnt want to take a chance. When I went in for the refund on my deposit, I received a 30 minute talk from *** about how they wanted to be my jeweler and to please come back to the store. I decided to go back for the wedding bands. They showed me an example of a cast model vs. the ***, the prongs seemed significantly smaller than provided on the *** model, and my fianc and I were comfortable moving forward with putting down a deposit for a *** for our customized ring, which we were told wed receive in a week. *** sends me a terrible quality photo of a ring a week late that looks nothing like what we described in the store. I was supposed to receive a *** way before he sent me a low quality image of a ring that was obviously not what I described. I went in for a refund. This is where *** tells me you come in with the same exact engagement ring we sent you a *** of and youre just trying to price match us, so I wasnt going to send you a *** so you could do it again. I originally went to another jeweler, and my fianc loved one of the rings but it was too expensive. So I asked if diamonds direct could make a cheaper customized option. They made me deposit $200 for a *** for the wedding bands in which they had no intention of providing. *** said Im sorry to ask this, but they need you to come in to give us a deposit of $200 to start the ***. So after I dont receive the *** in time, I call and say Id like a refund. I get to the store and this is where *** tells me Im heated so Im just going to quickly process your refund. He made me pay for a product in which he had no intention of providing. He purposely wasted my time.
