Needed a ring sized and a watch repaired. Watch man was not sure he could make the repair but did so while I waited and stayed to chat a while after. A ***************. I had ask a friend to ride with me. She brought along a watch that needed repair also plus 3 watches needing batteries with her. All our needs were met and finished within a week. ***** was a delight to work with. Have used Haacks for years. Will continue to do so.Donald Haack Diamonds, Inc.

Donald Haack provides the most outstanding service. I have purchased items from them, had things repaired . What sets them apart, however, is the creative design team. ******** has a gift . I brought in some old pieces of jewelry and she created the most gorgeous, updated pieces. She listened to what is special to me and designed a unique and sentimental piece of jewelry.
