    This company not only stopped the moving job in the middle of the move stating they had no more money they also stole all my dishes and all my cookware. They stated they were told they could just take it all I was going to buy all new stuff. Not true. Makes no sense. $1000s worth of stuff. Forever gone. Stuff that was passed down and gifted to me. I had to then rent my own truck and spend another $400 on a truck.

    Working with this customer was nothing easy. From the very beginning, the customer was not happy with the pricing received and constantly tried to barter a different price or a different scenario to get his move done. Even offered a full magazine article on our company if we didnt charge him for the move. The customer was scheduled to move on Thursday January 23, however the customer did not have the full funds available to be moved on Thursday as well he did not have the keys to house new house to complete the move. **** sent $300 the night of January 22nd on his doing knowing that he didnt have the other half to pay for the move after it was completed on Thursday the 23rd so he requested his move be changed to Friday the 24th which interfered with our schedule. Also, the customer was not in the house at any point for our move, whether it was loading or unloading, but as a business we have before and after pictures of every room and every item in each room, however, now **** is saying that someone on my crew has stole dishes or other items. I have texts from **** specifically saying he would be packing the kitchen and bathrooms himself, and throughout the move he requested every other item that was either too big or not necessary to bring to his new house so we were to leave it behind. I can provide any other screenshots necessary to assist with this case. I take that very personably when hes attacking my yelp page, my thumbtack page and has made a complaint to the BBB about the same issue.
