      I ordered replacement keys from ******* through their website key code search. Their website showed only 1 single selection for a replacement key. I ordered a set of two and finally received the keys a week later. The keys they sent will not fit in the key hole. I tried calling ******* several times and they never answered their phone. I finally was able to contact them by email and they told me I selected the wrong key. I haven't received anymore responses from ******* to fix this issue. They took my money, sent me junk keys and refuse to correct it. Easykey are scammers and should never be trusted!!

Searching for the code J327 on our website yields nine key results, each with uniquely cut keys. For Leer, two options are available under this code; and your lock requires the alternative choice. A single sided key was purchased, but your lock requires a double-sided key. Additionally, we provide the service of uploading a photo at checkout, allowing our team to examine the image and make any necessary adjustments before dispatching your order, ensuring the correct option is selected from the many available. We did not refuse to correct the issue. We requested that you cover the shipping cost for the correct keys to be shipped, since the incorrect option was ************ a courtesy, the alternative J327 keys are being reshipped free of charge. You may discard of the incorrect keys at this time. Please feel free to reach out if we can assist with anything else.Regards,Easykeys Team

      I placed and order4975322. I never received my order and asked the company for a refund but I got a message that said they cannot process transactions at this time. The stole my money, did not send my order, my tracking number still says it's still in processing since 2022. This is unbelievable!! I want my money back!

      Hi *******,Your order was placed in February of 2022, over 2 years ago. Our terms advise that if there is a discrepancy with your order, to let us know within 14 calendar days. Since you are just now reaching out regarding not receiving the package, we are unable to issue a refund. Our system does not allow refunds on orders over 120 days old. Additionally, **** tracking details expire after 120 days, which is why you are not seeing tracking infromation in the old link. As a result, we are unable to confirm whether or not the package was delivered. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and would have been happy to issue a refund or ship a new package if we were made aware of your concerns within a reasonable time period.       We ordered 20 keys for a storage cabinet so each employee had their own key for security reasons. Th easykeys website stated that they carried copies of these keys, so we placed an order and included a picture of the keys we already had and the lock. None of the keys they sent came close to working or resembling the pictures we sent. In order to process a return, we had to resend the photos. If they had checked the photos sent with the order in the first place it could've saved us and them the hassle. I do not recommend using them for your needs. Also, when I called to find out how to do a return, I was asked to please email them because they were on their way to lunch and didn't have time to chat with me.

      We are sorry to hear that the keys didn't work out. Unfortunately, our system did not flag that images were uploaded at checkout. Our IT team is reviewing that issue. The reason that the keys did not work is because Husky has used the code 010 on multiple lock styles. The key ordered is a single sided key but your original key is double sided. We are unable to provide the double sided version as the cuts for that series are not listed in our software programs. We reviewed the call recording and addressed it with the representative whom you spoke to as we certainly did not need you to email more images since they were already attached to your order. We will issue a full refund for the order. You do not have to worry about sending the keys back. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regards,EasyKeys Team
