  I enjoyed working with GreenWorx! They made the process easy and affordable. The work they completed was quality and they answered all of my questions, before and after the project.   Could not speak any more highly working with ***** and his crew! ***** made sure to come several times and go over the scope of work and exactly what each piece involves. This ensured there were no surprises with the final bill (which was very reasonable). We did a huge landscaping project resodding our front and backyard from red ***** mulching large areas, landscaping, irrigation, and fixing drainage issues. The crew came on time daily and worked remarkably diligently, efficiently, and with care. They kept in constant communication about where they were in the process and what they were doing. They took time to help me place each plant and were great design resources. The best part about the process, ***** has answered every question I've had since completing, and has come out more than once to check on it. Thank you GreenWorx180!

  These guys are fantastic!! Always on time, courteous and helpful - not to mention they do a terrific job on my steep challenging yard. It is a nice feeling to pull into your home and have the landscape be on point and I love the fact i am not stuck behind a mower every weekend. We appreciate that they are locally owned business and we always try to hire local companies right here in *********.

  My experience with Greenworx180 Landscaping was unsatisfactory. Despite the initial promise, the services provided fell short of professional standards. The project management was lacking, as the contractor did not regularly visit the job site, leaving us to oversee much of the work ourselves. Communication was inadequate, and there were several instances where clarity and precision were needed. Financial aspects of the project were also a concern, with requests for additional payments beyond the agreed-upon non-refundable deposit.The saving ***** of this endeavor was the hardworking individuals who, despite these challenges, completed the work to a high standard. Its disheartening to hear that their efforts may not have been justly compensated.I believe transparency and accountability are crucial in any business transaction. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that Greenworx180 Landscaping has significant areas for improvement in these regards. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience

In fact you sent me an email stating what a wonderful job we did and that was why you decided to hire us again for this job. We are always looking for ways to improve & respect your opinion, although it contradicts with the hiring us for this job after we did another job for you that you were very happy with. We did the final walk (you and I) you paid us in full & said you loved the new back yard? We tell all of our clients they do not have to pay us until we do a final walk and they are 100% happy with the completed job. We do appreciate your business and hope you continue to enjoy the new landscape we provided per your vision.

  Instead of focusing on removing negative reviews and creating fake ones, I suggest improving your business services, communication skills, and taking responsibility for your shortcomings.Regarding your note above:1. We were consistently dissatisfied with your service. Working with Greenworx180 was challenging from the moment you collected the deposit. While the subcontractors you hired performed well, your absence in managing the process was evident and left us to handle it ourselves. You cannot claim any responsibility for the final result. 2. There was no final walkthrough; you visited the site only once, midway through the project. I had to manage the project independently, spending five days shoveling dirt with the crew.3. The first project involved planting bushes, which the crew executed well. However, your lack of presence was noted. The second, larger project was poorly managed, resulting in my wife and me taking a week off to complete it ourselves due to your failure to deliver meaningful results at every step.To all potential customers: please beware of his online reviews. It's clearly not a real representation of their services and professionalism.
