    We paid Wizard of Sod $23,600 to install Zoysia Zeon sod on our property. Our contract included removal of old turf, grading, top soil, delivery and install of our back yard sod on day one, delivery and install of our front yard on day two. There was a mixup with amount of sod delivered and too much sod was delivered on the first day. While our consultations promised fresh sod with each install, this overflow sod was installed on the second day and has not been healthy. Home security footage and photos show ***** spots on it from the day of install in identical locations on each piece. We also had some other concerns about small areas that were skipped. We reported this to the owner **** within the 14 day warranty period and he promised the following solutions: sod filled in in the missing areas and starter fertilizer applied to get the sod going. We were happy with this solution however no one showed up to do any of these things. I contacted them again on both 6/9 and 6/10 when a week had passed and no one had ever come, each time being told I would receive an answer that day. We are now passed the 14 days and no one has come for the fertilizer, fill-ins, and we were told we would receive an update from the farm as to why there are identical ***** spots on each piece of sod but that has not happened either. Wizard of Sod is failing to implement the remedies they came up with themselves and is in violation of their contract as the sod has yet to show an improvement of health in the 14 days. We would like the dead spots cut out and replaced with healthy sod, the fertilizer applied as promised, and the small spots that were missed to be filled in or if they do not wish to do this, then we would like a refund for the cost of repair by another company.
