    Someone from Carolina ****************** aerated a little more than 1/2 of our lawn without our permission on 11/05/24. On 11/08/24, ***** texted us after getting our number from one of our neighbors (who is a former customer of Scotts) requesting payment for the work done in our yard. This was the first communication we shared with this company,. When we let ***** know that since we did not authorize the work that we would not be paying him, he responded with rest assured I will be coming over to your house on Sunday my day off and we're gonna talk about it and I will give you your options. You will not like them. We let him know that he was not to step foot on our property and that we had made the police aware of his threats, to which he responded with multiple insults about us and that he will deal with us in his own way. He has also continued to harass our neighbor who gave him out information about the situation. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this company.

    I’m very sorry that you had this experience with Scott.  I am Jed Bolch and I purchased Carolina Turf Masters, Inc about 7years ago. Scott is in no way affiliated with Carolina Turf Masters and should not be operating under its name.  He did however keep the aeration clients and was allowed to continue to service them but under a new company name.  I would request that you please remove the complaint as it was not my company that threatened you the way Scott did.  Thank you.
