    I have had multiple instances with this company and their unprofessionalism. They have shattered the glass door of my business but refused to take accountability for it even though they were weed eating right next to the door, not using a guard, which is their typical practice. On the main roadway, cars passing by... no guard. The employees at the complex seem to have a heavier set man, I believe his name is ***** that runs the crew. The agreement with our shopping center is that they are supposed to be finished with all lawn care needs prior to any businesses assuming operations. This is NEVER the case. The crew will ride their mower on the island of shopping center blowing debris all over vehicles. They have thrown an actual hay bale on the hood of one of my employee's cars. So today, the employee that drives a brand new car and has already had hay ***** and debris thrown at her car on multiple occasions went outside to ask ***** to please not blow the debris at her car... she could not get a word out before ***** had gotten off the mower and started charging at her saying she is the "biggest pain in his ass" and told her to "find something to f*ck herself with". This is a blonde, petite, younger female. In what way shape or form is it appropriate for a full-grown man to charge at a woman, let alone when you are supposed to be at work doing your job. I would like the owner to reach out directly and let me know how he plans to prevent these issues from happening in the future and what his plans are for his employee, *****.
