    *** the owner did unauthorized work of $900. I was shocked and tried to discuss, but she escalated to yelling, calling me names, accusing me of trying to scam her, dropping the f- bomb and called the police to throw me out of the store. All this in the space of 5 minutes. I asked her to show me the work order (there was none) to which she said, "we don't give work orders.It was a verbal agreement." Bad business practice, at the least. I mentioned the ****** reviews that the management is rude and she blamed them on her father in law's behavior. Seems "rude" runs in the family. The police came to facilitate. ***** offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . *** prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking.I audio recorded her tirade that is part of my complaint being filed with Better Business Bureau. Such a shame.
