      On 5.21.23 I emailed the owner of Silverfox Limo, ************************* (screenshots of the email attached), to let him know about a very inappropriate text I received from one of his limo drivers, *******************, (screenshot of text attached) who drove my friends and me around the night prior. After a couple of email exchanges and then text messages, I was able to speak with ***** on the phone. I let him know that not only did *****, the driver, text me inappropriately, but ***** had several hostile text communications and phone conversations with my husband after ***** continued to call and text me after my husband had already requested that ***** not contact me again at all. ***** told me as a result of my experience he would call my husband and apologize (which he did), and refund me 25% of the cost of my limo service (and additionally I would receive a 20% discount if I booked a limo service in the future if I called ***** directly to book it). Im still waiting for that refund to my credit card. I reached out to ***** once over text message to let him know I hadnt received the refund (screenshot of text attached). At that time, he told me hed refunded my card, which when I went back and double checked, he had not. All I am asking is that *****, as a business owner who I hope operates with integrity, honor what he said he would do. His driver texted me inappropriately and then later interacted even more inappropriately with me and my husband, and as a customer who walked away dissatisfied with her service, I would like for ***** to do what he said he would do, which is provide me a 25% discount of the services I received on 5.20.23.
