    We went through an adoption person regarding a puppy. They setup a pick up time and gave us a location. We started heading to said location then got told something else and the pup would be delivered to us. We never signed an agreement about how much it would be. The transport agency told us we had to pay for insurance that would then get refunded upon delivery. We paid it then they said another $200 for a vet check and vaccines. Irritatedly I paid it. Now they are refusing to transport my puppy which has been completely paid for to me until I pay a customs fee of $500. I live in the same state that the pup is in. They refuse to work with me and continue to repeat that I must pay the $500 before they will bring her to me. This is now day 3 of this non sense. This business never once sent me a list of charges that I would need to pay nor have they even tried to work with me on any of this. I have all the email communications.
