      I purchased a new ** washer from Plaza in November 2024. Around February 2025 the washer began to leak and show an Overflow Error code (faulty water valve). Plaza sent a contract repair firm to my home. I was told there was no issue and the machine was fine. The issue continued, Plaza sent a different repair firm, and I was again told the machine was fine. The issue continued, Plaza sent the first repair firm back, and they replaced the water valve, which was the indicated issue. Two months later, the machine begins leaking more than before and throws a Power Failure error code; however, my home never lost power. Plaza scheduled an appointment for ** to come to my home today, June 3rd, ** did not show up and did not call. The machine I received is a lemon, the repair experts are clearly not experts or good at what they do. And now they can't even keep an appointment. At what point does Plaza stand by what they are selling? I need this machine replaced asap. I need a working washing machine, which is what I paid good money for. This machine was supposed to be "one of the best."

      We want the ********** family to know that we are very sorry that the ** factory service has been extremely disappointing and has not resulted in repairing the unit that has been leaking water in your home. We have been in contact with them, and a new appointment has been set up for Tuesday the 10th of May. If this appointment does not result in your unit being repaired or at least finding out what is causing the problem, with a plan to resolve quickly, we will explore options with you for replacing the unit.
      Our store manager will be following up with you again after the service call to follow up as he promised you. He also asked you to reach out to him during the service call if you have any issues or concerns.  
      We want to make sure you feel comfortable that Plaza Appliance Mart will make every effort possible to help resolve this to your satisfaction.
