      Purchased Bosch refrigerator 09/16/2023 that experienced ice maker problems that extended beyond the 1 year warranty with several visits from *********** Service, LLC for repair to no avail.All my communications via email included *** ********** and **** *******.Upon being notified by M&M that all future visits would be at a cost to me. I informed Queen City per email that I would like to exercise the 5 year warranty I paid $259.00 at the time of purchase and I would prefer a new refrigerator due to the several visits from M&M during the year with no solution.The first notification of my druthers via email was 11/07/2024 and my second request was 11/26/2024. Thus far, I have not received any communication. No change of the frequent no ice produced by the ice maker.

      Horrible delivery service! I had a custom fridge and they were awful - wouldnt install the trim kit that was very expensive and said the contractor would understand why. My contractor absolutely didnt agree and we all had to wait for them to return. They walked into my home. Never acknowledged me as the homeowner and then walked out - never saying a word to me other than youre missing screws. They left without cleaning all the sticky surface from the kit and it looked like complete garbage. I filled out the surgery - someone called and said we will call tomorrow to fix this. Obviously, they didnt call back. I called to speak to the supervisor - that was the person that did the work at my house! I called and left a message with the office manager - she never returned my call. GARBAGE.

      We purchased new microwave, stove, dish washer and refrigerator. We had a problem with the microwave upon installation and Frigidaire representative came out and the microwave was broken on the bottom right corner and he had it replaced. Several months later the refrigerator stopped dispensing water and the same representative came out. When he put the serial number in the computer he saw the refrigerator was registered someone in another town. He repaired the refrigerator and registered it in our name. We had purchased an extended warranty on the refrigerator and immediately upon the one year factory warranty expiration the ice maker stopped working. We contacted Queen City about the problem and after months of of calls to Queen City and no response we went in person to confirm why no one had contacted us. The sales person we made the purchase through couldnt care less. There was a man sitting next to her at another desk and heard the entire conversation and never said a word until I threaten to call Channel 9 to report this. After saying that, the man adjacent to the sales person said he was the manager and he couldnt care less. We left feeling helpless and started contacting appliance repair services. We were able to get the problem resolved at our costs. We will NEVER purchase from Queen City again!

      Horrible service. Bought a refrigerator/freezer and the delivery men were deplorable. They could not speak English and after trying unsuccessfully to communicate with them, they loaded the new refrigerator on the truck and left. My experience in reporting the issue to Queen City ************** was even worse. The delivery was scheduled the next day and the new team was better but they were rushed. One gentleman asked to use my bathroom and one of the door handles on the new refrigerator was not screwed on tightly. To add insult to injury I discovered that some tools out of my garage were stolen. I highly suspect the first team. QC Appliance was unresponsive. Over the years I have spent over $20K with this company, but NO more. I emphatically do NOT recommend them! *****

      Wish I could give it a zero. I did not want a dishwasher and asked for a refund. *********** assured me he could initiate the refund. After several weeks elapsed, I noted that my credit card had not been credited. I called back and was told that if I game them my credit card information, they would credit my account. (Really?). I told them I was not comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone so would be sending my husband in. When he went in, he said it took three people to figure out how a credit could be issued, but was, ultimately, told it was done. After checking my credit card statement over the next few weeks, I realized that no credit had been issued. I have called several times since then. I was told by ******************* that a check would be issued by corporate. It has been more than a month. I have called ******************* at Queen City several times to let her know that I still have not seen any check. Why are they keeping my money? Why is it so hard for a refund to be issued?

      I was very pleased with the delivery and set up of my new refrigerator. Although only one of the three men appeared to speak English, he communicated well with me. Both my old and new refrigerators were very heavy and getting them in and out of the built-in cabinetry was a challenge, I could not have asked for a more professional installation. They took special pains to avoid damaging my hardwood floors and avoiding my hanging foyer light. I know most people dont leave reviews unless they are unhappy. I wanted to share a very positive experience!

      I didn't have a problem with the sales staff. They appear to be great at their job. My problem is with the delivery service. They stole items from my house and they took my old washer and dryer, but just dropped off the new set. They said they couldn't get the old hoses disconnected and just left the washer and dryer in my hall. I was able to remove one of the hoses by hand and the other with a wrench. Laziness is the problem. I found the old dryer vent hose under my bathroom sink. And couldn't find the $120 bottle of cologne missing from my bathroom counter. Get rid of your delivery service staff!

      I chose this store because it said it had a 4.6 rating and **** my salesman, I thought was being most helpful in helping me with my decision. I am in **** and he is in ********* ****. Once decided on the washer, my husband left and went and got it because he said it was the only one he had, it was in black and the only one at the warehouse. I chose this washer because I needed a sanitize cycle, the one I have does not have this cycle. I called as soon as I realized the washer was the wrong one, it had been almost a week because I had been in the bed with a migraine as I told not only **** but the store manager, ****** as well. We sent pictures showing it wasn't being used, still had the factory stuff in it. I had bought a **** series and was given a **** series. I have been given the run around since the 3-21-2023, today is 3-25-2023. I just called and ***** wants to pass me to ****** and ****** the store manager wants to pass me to ******, neither one of them seem to be able to help me. They gave me the wrong washer/dryer because of one number being put in wrong, a 4 instead of a 9, and refuse to give me the washer I ordered. When my husband drove an 1 1/2 hours to ********* to pick up a washer we ordered in another state, he had no reason to think he was given the wrong one, they put it on the truck, my husband didn't go in their warehouse and pick it out...a mistake was made with an easy fix and Queen City Appliances refuses to correct their mistake. They also want to charge me a restocking fee of 20% per appliance for their mistake. Easy fix, give us the correct washer and put this one back, it will not cost a $180.00 per appliance to put it back in there warehouse. So, just because a store has a supposed good rating and a nice salesman, as mama always said, beware of the nice ones...If you buy from Queen City Appliance make sure you got what you purchased, apparently, they do no wrong...I just needed a new washer/dryer with sanitize cycle for medical reasons...

      Absolutely horrible customer **********************. We bought kitchen appliances there for a remodel. The dishwasher had two big dents in the back, one of which you could see when you opened the dishwasher. So, *********** didn't install it. Trying to get a replacement has been ridiculous. We keep getting the runaround by their staff. They never call back when they are supposed to. And it has delayed our remodel. I would not recommend anyone buy from this place.
