5 stars***** was so helpful, as the first repair person from another company misdiagnosis my washing machine issue, which ended up costing over $250 with no resolution being made. I called ***** for a second opinion who went out of his way to make a repair stop and do a thorough review of problem and refused payment stating you already paid enough on prior service call. I was very grateful for ***** stopping by who was a very nice gentleman. If you need a good repair I strongly recommend ***** and his business Action Appliance and Repair Services. I highly recommend Action Appiance Repair. The owner and technician of Action Appliance Repair qickly identified the problem ou4 refriderator ice-maker and drinking water dispenser, checked all of the hoses, cleaned the coils, and made sure my refrigerator was level. Next, he worked on our dishwasher that was incorrectly installed by another vendor. With skill and patience, the owner and technician corrected the installation of the dishwasher. Again, with precision, he also leveled our stove. Action Appliance Repair came when he said he would, was courteous, skilled, and was reasonable in cost. I would certainly use Action Appliance Repair again if needed and recommend to my friends.

***** is wonderful! I cant say enough good things about him. He called me back when I left a message. He was very professional, went right to work, explained the problem, went to pickup the parts, and returned the same day. He repaired the dryer quickly. He called to schedule the appointment, called the next day to confirm the appointment, and called when he was 15 minutes from my house. He is also very courteous and personable. I am so impressed. 5 starsI highly recommend *******************, sole owner and technician for Action Appliance Repair and Services. He correctly diagnosed the obscure electrical problem in my dishwasher, ordered the part and installed it with minimal delay or fuss. He was thorough and professional in all his work, and I didn't have to buy a new dishwasher. I won't hesitate to call him if any other appliance needs work.
