    I need to warn my neighbors. Please do not use ******************************* to meet any of your marketing needs. Mistake #1: I should have done my research ahead of time because I would have seen that she has an F rating on the BBB for her THREE companies: Owner and CEO at Creative Yard Cards ********** CEO at Innovative Marketing & Public Relations, and Owner at ******************* Let's be clear that she reached out to ME and promised all these bells and whistles to update my web site. Mistake # 2: I should have questioned the low price...You know the saying, "You get what you paid for." Well, I expected more than NOTHING. But that's exactly what I got. Yes, she created a web site, but the website is down all. the. time!!!! And only SHE can fix it and says there's nothing I can do on my end. She basically hijacked it and is holding it hostage, and that is affecting MY business. Now I have to start from scratch. Early on, I had to stop payment on my credit card because she did not complete it on time. I can't tell you how many times she said the word "today." Well, after she got her payment, she took it and ran. It's too late at this point to dispute but do not make Mistake #3. Once someone shows you their patterns, believe it. She truly has no idea what she's doing and then gaslights and blames it on the customer. Stay away from her!!She has repeatedly told me she would get my site back up but she makes one excuse after another, always with a commitment to get it done but without ever saying 'by when' other than right away, which never happens.

    I work for a *********** and on April 20,2023 I e mailed ******************************* and Enquire about a yard sign for our principal day. She did say that she would be glad to do so. I paid her via Venmo the amount requested of $80.The day of Principal day there was noting in the school front yard. I reach out to ********************** asking why the sign was not outside and she said she had forgot and could come later. I mentioned that that defeated the purpose . I ask for my money back. She gave me the run around and to this day she has blocked me from her ********* And is refusing to reimburse the school.She said that she is an honest person and does deliver sign throughout all of **************.She is very dishonest, and I will never promote her business to anyone.
