    11/2020 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ***** TO MY MOBILE HOME. THE ***** THAT I DID GET 2021, WAS COMPLETED INCORRECTLY AND DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE WOULD NOT TAKE IT. I RETURNED TO YOUR OFFICE, NEW MANAGEMENT AND GAVE THEM THE **** OF SALE, THE INCORRECT ***** AFTER SPEAKING WITH ********* THAT A NEW ***** WOULD BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS NOW. I NEED MY ***** TO MY MOBLE HOME. I HAVE PERSONALLY CONTACTED DMV IN ******* ** AND THEY STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PENDING ***** CLEARENCE IN MY NAME. I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR ON SITE MANAGER NUMERIOUS OF TIMES AND ITS ALWAYS, IT HAS NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE YET. YOUR OFFICE HAS MADE 1 PERSONAL CONTACT WITH ME (NO RESOLUTION) SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE OFFICE TO SPEAK WITH ME ON THIS MATTER AND YET NO RESOLUTION AND THAT WAS OVER 6 MO AGO. YOUR OFFICE HAVE REPEATEDLY IGNORED MY CONCERNS ON THIS MATTER. IGNORED MY CALLS FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME AND YET **** ME EVERY MONTH FOR RENT. I NO LONGER FEEL COMFORTABLE PAYING PROPERTY RENT ON SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE FAILED TO ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIP WITH ITS TENANT.

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We understand Ms. ******** frustration regarding the title for her home and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

    The title was issued on June 23rd, 2023. We called and spoke with ****************** April 29th, 2024, and she confirmed with us that she had a copy of her title and this issue is resolved.
