    What a DISASTER. This company simply cannot get it right and we pay a premium. Stuff not delivered all at once, not picked up on time in the spring and boxes not waiting in the room as promised. AVOID

    ******, we certainly appreciate your feedback and we are sorry that your experience clearly didn't meet your expectations. We are aware of your situation and the challenges that existed with receiving your student's belongings in advance of his arrival. Unfortunately we were made aware of a last-minute change to our move-in schedule as arranged with Residence Life and Housing which pushed back the time in that we were permitted to enter the building. With your son's residence hall being a brand new building for campus, there is a lot of last-minute work that is always required before it comes online for its first year. That said, we are unaware of the specifics to why we were pushed back by Residence Life and Housing but are certain it was for good reason for the overall sake of campus move-in. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience that this had caused and have already refunded you the fee you had paid for "Pre-Delivery". Although not as convenient as "Pre-Delivery", we are still glad that it was only a few hours delayed and that we didn't get pushed back further as part of the adjustments by the university. Regarding pickup in the spring, delays here are those in which you are already aware were out of our control and included broken down elevators as well as heavy rains and dangerous weather for which we can not permit our team to operate. 

    We wish you and your son all the best this school year and do hope that you'll give us another opportunity in the future.
