  This is my second update to my original good review of this sham of a moving company. Now 8 months after our move and finally unpacking the last of our boxes from our move, I am realizing there are many items missing, many only used for holiday gatherings: 2 silver trays, 2 fused glass trays, 1 large silver bowl, assorted appetizer trays, several Corning French white casserole and serving dishes, two crock pots, an electric griddle, an electric skillet, food scale, and with time I will probably remember more items no doubt.   - After months of planning and organizing our move. Selecting Interstate Relocation was a disaster. I encourage you to do your homework. Interstate showed an excellent rating but has been a real disappointment.- I paid $14,000 for packing and unpacking services, only to find all boxes emptied and mixed everywhere. I alerted Interstate, our broke and spoke to the ** manager without getting a response in a timely manner.- Movers refused to let us speak to a manager stating that manager was sleeping, as well as the ** manager our representative .- Our belongings arrived at 10:47 PM, give or take with unloading starting at that late hour. City ordinance states that after 11 pm there is no noise allowed. - Movers threw clothes and belongings on the floor, despite paid services.- Promised two trucks on moving day, but only one showed up; second truck arrived three days later with the rest of the household items.- Forced to stay in hotels as packing was so late.- Unable to find anything in our own house post-move.- Movers, unable to communicate (Russian speakers), difficult even using ****** Translate.- Manager demanded an extra $500 to keep our belongings another day.- Despite our experience (15 military moves), manager spoke to me in a condescending matter. One of the resolutions offer was to leave the movers in, even if we were not present because we had a full unpack scheduled and the movers knew where everything was supposed to be placed.- Threatened with legal action when we complained and went on citing Dot policies, law and regulations.- At one point, at 3:30 give or take they wanted to leave and not complete the work. - We urge you to see the pictures and videos before considering contracting Interstate or Happy Wheels base out of **************. Specially, all you military families and services members.

  My experience with this moving company was horrible! The lead driver was very negative to work with. He made comments like, you are not paying me to lift things over my head. Said, we may not be able to put the furniture back the way it was in terms of assembling it. They refused to take their trash and debris with them. So beware, be prepared to remove your own trash, from all the unpacking stuff. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone looking to relocate to another State.

  We are terribly disappointed in the interactions you had with our company. We have opened an investigation into the allegations from your household move. While we strive for a five star service across all platforms of our business, we understand there is always room for improvement. While we were reviewing all correspondences of your move we were able to determine several factors that we would like you to consider. Your contract with Happy Wheels Moving was for 1750CF, the truck that moved your household items holds 1850CF, your discounted costs was $304.75, which was not charged during your move. While we try to be as accommodating as possible during your household move, debris and trash removal does come at an additional fee (as we previously discussed with you). It requires an extra stop, and labor if they are able to find somewhere to dispose of those items. As they have to leave the space open on the truck for the next scheduled pickup or drop off. In the case, the next pickup. We also opted not to charge an overnight fee, which has a starting cost of $600.00. We are still looking into the other allegations that are discussed in your review, and if you would like to contact our office directly, that is always an option. We do appreciate your feedback on your move, as we are always looking for ways to improve our business.
