    The company didn't show up until 2 1/2 hours after the agreed time in the contract for March 11th, worked for 2 1/2 hours but charged me for 3 hours, sent me a invoice to pay in a month then proceeded to charge me minutes later without my authorization, they didn't take off the deposit on the total, they can't seem to give me accurate bill, the lack of communication from them is terrible its the pointing fingers at each other instead of having any integrity for their profession, the owner created a hostile environment after asking how the move was going, I felt like the moving crew did a good job even tho things didn't get wrapped and I had minimal damage to items, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    still charging me for 65$ for 30 minutes that his workers didnt work, no detailed invoice, he didnt refund me until I had contacted BBB and left a review of the service he provided, he is blowing up my phone with a couple different phone numbers wondering why I am upset which needs to stop! Trying to guilt trip me for my review even tho I gave plenty of time for a resolution. Then throw in authorizing a payment I didnt make after sending a invoice to pay with a incorrect total. Lets not forget being 2 1/2 hours late for a service we both signed and agreed to.

    We apologize for them being 2 hours late, as well we spoke to you have text of their arrival time at 11:15 a.m. and their end time at 2:10 p.m. which is right at 3 hours of labor. When paying the deposit it has the option for which it keeps your card on file and that upon completion you are invoiced the receipt its been this way for convenience. Im happy to hear you received your booking deposit back as we stated you would receive. I do apologize once again and may you have a blessed day.

    I chose this company for a move because it was the cheapest of the bunch. That was my first mistake and should have been a red flag.I needed them for an August 15th move and was told that in order to schedule the move, I would have to pay them a deposit of $106.00. I paid that deposit on August 1st, 2022.Then they tried to tell me that no, the deposit was actually for $125.00. Then, their truck fee mysteriously went from $100.00 to $125.00. When I pushed back, their response was along the lines of oops, my bad. I was already starting to have a bad feeling about the place.And sure enough on August 15th at 10:00 AM (today), when they were scheduled to be here, no one showed up and the phone went unanswered. When I finally got someone on the phone, the glib and transparently false statements of explanation was, how very strangethere just happened to be another person living in Burlington named *********************** who had scheduled a move the same day I had but had then called to reschedule it. It would have been laughable, had it not been so infuriating. My last name has an unusual spelling. I have no family in the area. The company, run by a ***** something or another, is clearly disreputable, dishonest and unprofessional. It also threw my plans in disarray and caused me (and my dog) serious stress and great inconvenience, including Internet installation, staying longer at my current address and making a lot of last minute changes.I want my deposit back and for them to be blacklisted in some manner. I am beyond furious. They are a band of scoundrels as far as I can tell.Thank you,***************************** (NOT ******!)
