On January 25th, 2024, I hired Suddath moving company to pack an unpack my move from Charlotte NC to **************. It was understood that my furniture would be in storage from January to July because I had sold my townhome and bought a new build that would not be ready until July. My initial payment once paked was $3737.41. I had a credit of $299.79 with my initial payment which was applied to my storage payment for February through March. The next invoice for my furniture storage was not received until April in which $273.71 which was paid after requesting the bill for my storage. In, June I paid $286.75. As we got closer to my move in date of July 8th, I set up a date to have my furniture delivered which was July 12th. On July 3rd, I paid $573.50 for my final storage fee to which I made several attempts to do this. On july 9th, I was told I had a final payment of $704.01 due and that would be all, to which I paid. My furniture was delivered without any problems, then on Monday July 22nd, I was told that due to a mistake made by ************************* and her putting in the wrong charges, I still owed $1752.60. I reminded her that she had told me that I did not owe anything else and that it was now 2 weeks later. I asked her why it took so long to which there wasn't a real answer. I asked for someone to call me to discuss this higher than her but it did not happen, I only received a link to pay the total. I should not have to pay 2 weeks later for an error that was not mine. I also should have been allowed to talk to someone higher than **************** to rectify this. I was also told various amount via text and emails.
