  Two Strong Dudes Moving did a fabulous job wrapping some very large (and valuable) items which I recently inherited. They moved a vintage jukebox for me which is super fragile, placed it in my home, and it arrived perfect with no adjustments needed! They so carefully moved furniture which belonged to other family members in order to get to mine, all arrived in absolute perfect condition!They had so many helpful ideas to get the job done right and didn't waste any time getting it done! When these challenging items were delivered to my home, **** and his partner were meticulous in placement of the items and I must admit I changed my mind on where to put things, and they were very patient and kind with me while "re-arraigning", (they also saved my husband from from an indecisive wife today!). It can be hard to chose a service provider via internet, (and I called quite a few) but once I had my initial conversation with ********** knew Two Strong Dudes Moving was head and shoulders above the rest! They are a relatively small business I believe, and because of that, they really work hard, efficiently, and with integrity to maintain their excellent reputation!I totally recommend Two Strong Dudes and I will certainly call them again for my next move!

  The BEST!! We have used this company a total of THREE times now, and we will never look elsewhere. They are responsive, honest, fast, polite, organized, and careful. They are a dream to work with. They must also be a wonderful company to work for because some of the movers had also worked with us on our previous moves. It is truly a pleasure spending the day with these gentlemen. They handled all of our belongings with the utmost care, and even remembered our room layouts. When disassembling furniture, they carefully placed all hardware in plastic and were meticulous with keeping everything organized. Do yourself a favor and hire this company. You will not be disappointed.

  ****, the owner/operator, and his team were great! He gave us a "will not exceed" quote and they handled moving part of ************* to an apartment and a lot of our stuff to storage. They showed up and worked hard, and were very efficient. They were very careful with our belongings. It was a big job but they were able to easily handle it all. I highly recommend Two Strong Dudes Moving, and we will use them again in the future!

  I am a single female (educated with two degrees) and hired these movers to help me with my move on 12/15. I did not have anyone with me & because of this, ********************* tried to scam me for more money. I had to call my dad because I felt unsafe and my dad ended up coming over after hearing the arguing between us. NOTE: There were NO WEAPONS on the premises and any response that states otherwise is a lie.The owner (*********************) behaved in an unprofessional manner and conducts shady business. He was late to my appointment time (unprofessional) & charges a service fee of $225 which was never explicitly stated in his confirmation text (no professional email was provided). You are NOT made aware of this service fee until AFTER the job is done. He will state that he went over this with you, but he doesn't. He glosses over everything quickly and has you sign BEFORE the job is done.**** will send a confirmation via text message to confirm your appointment. In the text message, you will find the location, ************* with "225/225(2men)". No where in the text does it say that there is a service fee of $225 just for DRIVING OUT TO YOUR LOCATION. After the job is done, you will find out that the service fee is $225 + $225 /hour = $450 for the first hour; but again, he has you sign the contract BEFORE the job begins.I moved from a 740 sq. ft apartment in to a **** sq. ft. townhome. The movers should have only taken 2 hours. They took 4 hrs! He milks the clock to make sure that you end up paying almost DOUBLE. **** charged me $1,050. When I raised questions about the service fee he became very rude, argued with me and laughed at me as if I were incompetent. I felt like he was trying to scam me because I was there by myself. So I called my dad for support and he came over to be there with me. My dad reviewed everything with **** & agreed that it was shady business. Long story short, I did not have to pay the $225 service fee (only because my Dad was there to defend me).

  To our previous and future clients alike, Two Strong Dudes Moving prides itself on its quality and unparalleled customer service in the metro ************** and nationally for the past 20 years. As an organization, we listen to our clients and each review is handled with sincerest empathy as without our wonderful clients, we would not be the trusted/respected moving company that we are known for. **********, in review of your compliant we thank you and your family for being repeat clients and entrusting us to provide you A+ service on a total of 3 separate occasions. Before I can go further with my reply, I must say that our organization values the safety and well-being of its employees and to have someone (unfamiliar with the situation that ********** in fact knew) to enter the home with a firearm completely put the owner and additional employee at risk of substantial harm and because of this, the owner completely diffused the situation for the safety and well-being of all parties involved. No violence of any kind will ever be tolerated and further resolve around this firearm issue is in review by our legal team. **********, our organization uses various means of communication i.e., confirmation text, email, and verbal person to person. Here are the logistics for your move:Communication from our organization to you confirming your move and its details were sent to you 7/27/22 for a move you scheduled for 8/5/22. You cancelled this move via text on 8/2/22. On 10/31/22 (you texted back to reschedule), you text to cancel yet again 11/10, you texted back again to reschedule 12/4 for the move discussed here for 12/15. You verbally indicated that you understood the service fee (which has been policy of our organization for 20 years); you replied back confirming this 12/4. Prior to any move taking place, the financial obligation(s) are explicitly reviewed. The contract and the Bill of Laden was reviewed and signed by you at time of arrival 1:30 pm on 12/15 and ********** you received the Moving Bill of Rights detailing your rights here in **************; with each aspect of your move, you never indicated lack of understanding and since you have used us previously, our policies around this have not changed regarding the service fee. More granular, the price of your move weighed heavily on additional aspects of the move you failed to mention in your review. You had additional items that you failed to disclaim. You had close to 60 boxes in various sizes, there were items left in open bags that needed to be securely packaged-many items which were thrown in trash bags by yourself where you stated,.."Sorry I ran out of boxes.." also, you moved from the 3rd floor and your new location was located on the 2nd floor of which required additional time to run items up/down flights of stairs. **********, all of these unforeseen factors prolonged your move. Finally, we removed (as a courtesy of being a repeat client) approximately 20 bags full of trash which (which we normally charge ******) for free. **********, we apologize to you if felt that our services did not meet your standards. In the future, please be better prepared when you utilize another moving company with having your items ready for transport and not packing along with the movers moving to reduce stress, time and effort needed. Furthermore, ********** you were communicated a 1-2 hour window of start time which you confirmed on 12/4 via text. To our clients who may read our response, please note that we are grateful for the opportunity to reply. The owner and employee were placed into a compromising position dealing with someone who decided at the end of the move not to pay their bill and completely take zero ownership in any aspect of her review. Then, to notify someone unfamiliar with the situation to enter the location with a firearm to 'dominate' the situation; this is never ok and everyone safety is important! As an organization, we will not publicly comment on this situation further.

  TSDM - wonderful company.sent advance information to ensure details for upcoming move were exactly as requested. **** was very clear up front in how the pricing worked. **** and and **** showed up 5 minutes early and got straight to work. They were very efficient and carefully wrapped all of our belongings. They were also both very personable and made the process fun.We will gladly recommend them to others needing moving help.************
