      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Southern Imaging MRI Services regarding an unresolved issue with my lien settlement. I had previously spoken with a representative named Neshown, who assured me that my lien would be settled and that I would owe nothing from my settlement, which would void the lien, and that I would pay them $600 after the fact.However, when I requested proper documentation of this agreement, I was given a non-working phone number and an unresponsive email address. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to ******* for clarification and assistance, I have not received any response.This lack of communication and failure to provide the necessary documentation is highly concerning and raises suspicions of fraudulent activity. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that Southern Imaging MRI Services provides the appropriate documentation to confirm the settlement of my lien.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.Sincerely,Denardia *****

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I reject Southern Imaging's response because it fails to address the core issue of their lack of communication and responsiveness. Despite agreeing to a new settlement amount, they have not provided the necessary documentation to reflect this agreement. My complaint was filed due to their prolonged inaction, and their response does not resolve the underlying problem. I am trying to resolve this situation because it is preventing me from finalizing important matters.The delays and lack of proper documentation from Southern Imaging are causing unnecessary setbacks.
