      SCR was doing utilities burying on *********-************ Rd around 30 September. One of their employees was driving a small excavator along the road and came too close to my mailbox. The 4x4 is broken making it lean into the road and there are track marks from the excavator on and around the mailbox. I did not see them out doing work after that day for about a week. When I saw them again, my son-in-law flagged down the workers and question them about the mailbox. They admitted to hitting it and apologized, and I asked for a managers number so that it could be replaced. The worker said he didnt speak English very well so my *** just contacted the business. Actor six or seven calls promising for a supervisor to be in touch with us. We still dont have a resolution. We contacted spectrum thinking thats who they worked for, but they said that they were not a subcontractor for them. I just want the mailbox replaced

      The customer was communicated with and the mailbox was replaced. We apologized for the extended time it took to fix issues.
