    I bought a new 2024 Rogue Platinum almost six months ago from East Charlotte Nissan. While the sales process went fine, I started to have issues with the infotainment unit immediately. Fast forward all these months later and I am still having these issues and Nissan refuses to replace the unit even though it is a known issue for Rogues that are the ** and Platinum trim. The service department at East Charlotte Nissan has contacted Nissan about this but needs to push harder for their customers. They told me they are working on several other Rogues with this same issue but their hands are tied. If I cant trust Nissan and the dealership to work out this known issue and make things right for their customers especially when the cars are under warranty, how can I trust them to fix or replace larger, more expensive items under warranty? Its because of this that Nissan and East Charlotte Nissan have lost me as a customer.

    Bought several cars from this location never had an issue. Bought my 6th vehicle from them and am so disappointed in how I was treated as a returning customer this is the first time I felt like just a sales number and not like a customer. Be sure to triple check the finance paperwork to ensure no creative shifting of numbers occurs as they will do what is in their best interest to get the deal funded and you are left being just another one of their numbers.

    Stay away from East Charlotte Nissan. The sales department is unprofessional. The finance department puts hidden charges that you didnt agree to in your final paoerworfand the are thieves and crooks. I will never do business with them agaiin. I will also steer all friends and family away from this disgraceful business operation. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL S**** YOU OVER WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!**********

    Please If you purchase here pay attention First, the sales man ***** the best salesman I've dealt with in years. Ask for him, he listens, and actually pays attention. He is the only reason it's not 1 star. If I could separate these two, he would be 5 stars.Now, the one above him, watch out. I quote, he said, "the bank will accept what i tell them is on the vehicle" They add packages that are not on vehicle. Like using the wording, tow package ready. To charge for a tow package. He said there was a touring package, which has a moon roof. I belive I should have been able to see a moon roof on the vehicle. He also would not walk out to the vehicle with me and go over the add-ons they were charging for. They are trying to charge for around **** in accessories that was not there. Someone who doesnt know yhe differnce in accessories wouldnt know this either. There is alot of problems with this person, a sales manager I believe.
