    I had been renting a virtual space from Office Evolution approximately eight or nine months prior to "new management" and a new owner purchase of the business. I had no issues with the old accounting department, which processed my monthly, automatic payments in a timely manner, and there were no other issues. However, after new staff were hired in accounting and in other areas, there were issues with having my payments processed, and an atmosphere of distractions and other changes now existed, which were not conducive to upward mobility. However, I will focus on the issue I had, and continue to have, with my payments not being posted, and the return of my deposit , and the breach of the Contract. I made my timely July payment, but by the end of July, 2024, it had not been posted. I reached out several times to management, and they repeatedly promised to get it posted, but as of today, November 5, 2024, I have not received an update that it has posted. So, around August 8, 2024, I informed the new staff member that a payment made in July should be posted in July, and I asked her to have my July payment posted by the end of the day (August 8, 2024). The new staff member responded by stating that she was terminating my Agreement, effective immediately--in spite of a valid Contract being in place. However, I did not debate or argue with her; rather, I moved out and returned the fob the following Monday. This new staff person also stated that she would "personally ensure" that my check "from July is posted ASAP as well as have your retainer returned to the address on file." However, as of today, November 5, 2024, I have not received my deposit of $249 or an update on the July payment. Additionally, since the Contract, which was from June 2024 to May 31, 2025, was breached by Office Evolution University, I am asking them to pay me for the value of the Contract, which runs from August 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. Therefore the amount owed to me is $2490.00.
