I am rejecting this response because:

It has been over 4 years. I do not retain records that long and this is an unreasonable ask. I was insured at the time of appointment and paid any non-covered fees in person.
I do not have the same insurance nor the same bank account at this time.
Please dismiss the charges and discontinue sending invoices.

We Apologize for any inconvenience ,We do not have any records of any other payments other than the ones that have been applied already, If there is any prove that can be provided by patient either transaction fee or receipt we will gladly void the invoice , once again we apologies for any misunderstandings or inconvenience in our end AVC.

While this is being presented as an outstanding balance bill from 2020, this is not the first time a statement have been sent, we applied the amount paid on the date of service which is reflecting on the statement you provided as prove  , the outstanding balance is after payments applied, we are willing to make a deal that would benefit both you as the patient and our office, we **** ****** off ****** $ and that would leave you with an outstanding balance of 200$ we are willing to do this considering this happened 4 years ago, We would also like to notify you that your insurance did not paid in full for your other visits and we wrote off those amounts for the other visits , we offer payments options and would like to solve this inconvenience the best way possible.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have received no proof of previous balances being written off by the business or specific amounts of coverage by my insurance.
I see no application of insurance to the visit at all, according to the invoice.

We **** ****** off the amount of the glasses 2020, however you will soon receive a new invoice for your visit on 2022 That was sent before to you in 2022 and where your insurance did not cover your visit and prove of insurance and everything will be provided, this decision is being taken after the fact the your glasses invoice does not show that glasses were billed to insurance , we have a new billing personal and there is no prove that your insurance was or was not billed and we have no access to it since is has been more than 4 years , however the visit of 2022 was billed and you had no coverage.

I am rejecting this response because:

Sending an additional invoice for a service paid for over two years ago is not a resolution to this problem.
