      As previous posters have stated, it is a nice staff and location but the billing practices are extremely shady. I was a patient for 2 years and always paid all bills on time. My most recent incident with them, my insurance paid for my exam and partial frames/lenses and I paid the remaining balance out of pocket right there in the office. 6 months later they sent me another bill stating I did not pay everything I owed - even though they ran my insurance multiple times and gave me a final bill while there in person (which I paid immediately). Furthermore, they continued to harass me for the remaining outstanding balance all while trying to contact me to schedule another appointment with them. Their phone lines are always tied up and send you to voicemail without a resolution. You spend more time trying to get in contact with them and when I was finally able to reach someone, the representative was rude and impatient (not indicative of all staff there).I will not be returning.

      Nice staff and doctor, but their billing practices are questionable. I've been a diabetic for 15 years and my eyes are fine except for typical age related degradation. This practice did nothing different than all of my previous eye exams, yet they claim it needs to be billed under my medical insurance because I'm diabetic. This results in me paying more than TWICE as much as I would if it were billed under my vision plan. Every other practice has billed my eye exam under my vision plan with no issues. Even the medical insurance representative I spoke with disagreed with their billing practices, they called their billing **** to change it, but they wont change it and my insurance can't force them to change the way it was billed. This practice even claimed its "the law" to bill this way which is not true. This practice is taking advantage of patients with existing medical conditions that are not impacting their vision. Needless to say, I wont be returning.
