    I have contacted seller for warranty repair several times by phone and email. I get a response from them if I ask for a new sale. When I ask about the three warranty they sold with the machine I get no response.

    BBB:

    We have received the complaint you sent us from Mr. ************* Our response is as follows :

    1. Our customer service team  literally responded to his email within 4 minutes of him submitting it offering to help and asking for his information .(see attached).

    2. We let him know after looking it up in our system after hearing back from him(Barely 28  minutes later ) he was not our customer and did not purchase anything from us. ( see attached)

    There is nothing we can do to help with service work set up with the manufacturer if our company is not the one he bought his device through.

    He decided to send a complaint to the BBB even after we responded that he is NOT our customer. We have also offered Mr ************ our email address to offer any type of proof of purchase which he has not. Our staff checked not only our customer database but also our payment records through Square and ****** the only ways we take payment and Mr ************ is no where in that database either so we are confident in that he has never been our customer.

    We understand that Mr ************ got the wrong distributor from where he purchased the unit but submitting a complaint against a company who he has never even done business with is unreasonable at best.

    We are asking the BBB to discard this complaint in its entirety as it is not valid. We take servicing our customers seriously as we always have over our 12 year existence.

    Better Business Bureau:  I had placed telephone calls to business weeks previous with no response from them.  It obviously took the BBB to get them to contact me at all.  Close the case, I am tired of trying to get the needed repairs from an unresponsive business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
