      Member One ******************** utilizes them as a third party payment processor. My loan payment was made through them, but failed according to Paymentus. However, they took my money, and did not issue it to my bank, nor have they returned it to me. It has been 11 days with no explanation or clear resolution, so now Monday morning I will be printing and dropping off all documents I have as well as documented conversations to my lawyer to pursue this further.

      My electricity has been turned off twice because their auto pay system doesn't work. According to the power company, who utilizes Paymentyus, it is a known problem, and caused by using ************* browser with the Paymentyus website. You can't set up auto pay over the phone with this company, and their website doesn't work. Not sure how I'm supposed to pay my power bill. Lost a thousand dollars worth of groceries this time. Very polite customer service agent (the second time- the first one said he was going to transfer me, and then hung up). It took four callbacks to click through their automated system to be connected to a live person. While the person was so professional and polite, they were not able to assist with setting up auto payments.
