    Date of transaction varies as this was a school for a phlebotomy certification that we as students were offered a payment plan! In total I paid $475 for a refresher course and have nothing to show for it. I have all the documents that back up that this place is a scam and no one else should give any money to this business. As a promising student, we were promised that after class ended, we would be certified and be able to start work immediately after being certified we were also told that we would be receiving a CPR certification while we await the national certification to be administered to us to be nationally certified that still has yet to happen its been almost 2 months now since the class was supposed to end, and the class is supposedly still going on as we speak, but there has not been any communication from the instructor in reference to class continuing in weeks. No one has received proper material proper kit. Anything that we were promised that we were gonna get as far as a dummy arm to stick veins on the needle sticks themselves the gauze is the gloves everything that we paid for including the material we still have yet to receive we receive screenshots from a textbook a photo screenshot from a textbook And a few of the self test that were in the textbook and nothing more. Before I paid, I got clarification that I was not needed to actually be present in class, but I could still participate and I was told that because I already have a certification through the plasma center that I could use for employment that all I need was just a refresher and to take another national test that would get me nationally certified so I could nationally work and start my own mobile phlebotomy business that was supposed to launch December 1 and now Ive had to push that back so Ive lost out on money because now Im gonna end up having to hire Nationally certified phlebotomist in order to continue my business.

Upon reviewing your issues, we see that you are requesting a refund for a course you willingly enrolled in as well as chose to sit in class for zoom. Which opted you out of dropping in and out of class which you were fully aware of. However, according to our records, you did not complete the required course components necessary to fulfill the course requirements. As outlined in our terms and conditions, which were agreed to upon enrollment, refunds are not typically issued if the course completion criteria, such as laboratory sticks, course testing, course participation and attendance have not been met as well as voluntary student resignation. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, as weve worked with you through those challenges and we encourage open communication with our students should any challenges occur. However, as our refund policy clearly states, there are NO REFUNDS but, courses are transferable to a later time or date that works better. Unfortunately, in your case, we did try to assist you with issues you brought to our attention and that wasnt good enough. We want to assure you that this policy is in place to maintain fairness for all students and to ensure that the educational experience is consistent for everyone. We are and have been committed to supporting all students in their learning and training journey, and we hope this clarifies the situation. I would like to add we are NOT a School we are a training service.
