    Date of transaction: Friday 22, December 2023 Amount paid to buisness ***** The buisness was supposed to commit in giving me a working item instead I left with a broken piece with no resolution expect to buy another piece at the employees discounted price. The item was not broken before packaging but after the employee wrapped the item which to my eye was too tight and rough and continuously kept wrapping the rubberband tighter around the top I asked the employee in the moment even if that could cause that product to break and the employee explained to me that couldn't happen with the bubble wrap, moments later that resulted in a crack at the top from the pressure of the rubberband on my product. Upon leaving the store and entering my vehicle me and my partner removed the item from the bag to put into a gift box in the car outside of the shop when removing the item my partner witnessed a piece of glass poking through and after unwrapping the bubble wrap it revealed the broken piece. I purchased additional items to go with the piece that I can now no longer use because of this incident. When I went back to call and visit the afternoon on Saturday December 23, 2023. The resolution after contacting her boss was that I needed to purchase a new item with a small discount, even tho it was given to me broken. I tried to talk with the employee about contacting her manager again and I was told that wouldn't solve anything you still need to purchase the item only with a discount. I expected them to exchange the item that broke for the same item or exchange for the same price.
